do you take custom orders?
no…for the most part. in general, the answer to that question is no. i really wish i could make each customer exactly what they wanted, but unfortunately, custom orders take a lot of extra time and i just can’t accommodate that right now. the *only* way i will do any kind of custom work is for bridal parties, showers, etc. in other words, i will work with you if you plan on ordering multiple items. please email me for more details and maybe we can work something out.
do you guarantee christmas delivery? how can i make sure it gets here in time?
i cannot guarantee that you will receive your package before christmas because once i pop it in the mail, it is out of my hands and control. all of the items in my shop are ready made and ready to ship. i can have your order packaged up and in the mail within 3 business days (although it’s typically much faster than that)! if you feel that you might be cutting it close, please consider upgrading to priority shipping through my shop. please keep in mind that the usps usually takes a little longer than usual to deliver during their busy holiday season!
how soon do you ship items after the order is placed?
because the items in my shop are already made, you don’t have to wait for me to make them first. in other words, they can go out as soon as i pop them in the mail! you can expect that items will be shipped within 3 business days of the order placement, but a lot of times i can do it sooner than that!
i see that you only seem to ship to the U.S. and Canada. am i out of luck if i live somewhere else?
no! i’m more than happy to ship to other locales. email me and i can set up a custom listing for you with the correct shipping amounts.
do you offer refunds/exchanges?
due to the handmade nature of my shop, i do not typically offer refunds or exchanges unless the item comes to you damaged or defective. any returns/exchanges will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
when will you be listing more petal pushers/posies/bloom bags/etc.?
i don’t have a set schedule of when i list things or the order i make things. having three littles means i am easily distracted! but i really try to post when i am going to list things on twitter. so follow me (@thepleatedpoppy) to get the inside scoop on when i’m adding things to my shop!
why do you close your shop sometimes (like during local boutiques)?
the items in my shop are ready made and ready to ship. the photos you see are of the *actual* item you are purchasing. when i do local boutiques, i pack up my wares and take them with me…i would hate to sell a set of posies at the boutique, only to come home and see that someone ordered that exact set online too! because my items use a variety of fabrics, it would be hard to try and recreate that item exactly, so it’s just easier to “close” my shop while i’m selling in real life. make sense?
i’m hosting a baby/bridal shower/wedding and i want posies as favors/bridesmaid gifts…do you do bulk custom orders?
this type of order is the exception to my “no custom orders” rule. i would be happy to work with you on a project like this! please email me for details.

yes, i do! i can offer a discount on a minimum order. please note that i do not do custom orders, so your wholesale items would have to be from items i carry in my shop. email me for more details.
